Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Quick News America platform. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms.

Effective Date: October 7, 2025

1. Nature of Service (Aggregator Status)

Quick News America is a news aggregation service. We scan and display headlines, summaries, and links from external, publicly available RSS feeds provided by major, verified news publishers. We do not generate, edit, or interpret original news content.

  • No Editorial Control: We have no editorial control over the content, completeness, or accuracy of the news feeds we display.
  • Link Redirection: Clicking any headline redirects you entirely to the original publisher's website.

2. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All displayed headlines, text, images, and full articles belong to the respective third-party news publishers.

  • Copyright: Your use of the content (beyond reading the headline/summary) is governed by the copyright and terms of the original source website.
  • Our Property: The Quick News America name, logo, site design, and code are our sole property.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Accuracy and Availability: The service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of the aggregated news. News feeds may experience delays, errors, or outages.

Limitation of Liability: Quick News America will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from reliance on any information obtained through the service.

4. Changes to Service and Feeds

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it, including the sources we aggregate) at any time without notice.

  • Source Management: We maintain the right to add or remove news publishers from our feeds based on criteria such as reputation, trustworthiness, and feed stability.

5. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Quick News America operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
